Giving a respectful nod to a classic while weaving together history, the Juke Joint Julep aims to evoke the Black juke joints, social clubs, and speakeasies of yore while carrying that rhythm forward with the complex character of New Dawn’s cask strength bourbon. Juke Joint Julep 

1.5 oz New Dawn Bourbon

¾ oz grapefruit juice

½ oz lime juice

½ oz mint syrup

Pinch of salt

3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam

Pinch of Cajun seasoning for garnish

Combine ingredients through Fee Foam in a shaker with ice. Shake till foamy. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a pinch of Cajun seasoning.
