Gilded Cherry Punch

For those of you looking for a holiday cocktail for a crowd or just yourself while escaping from the hustle and bustle we present this easy sipper. Fitting right into the holiday vibe with a touch of cardamom and orange this festive pour brings out the special occasion vibe with a sparkling topper. Plus its adjustable for a crowd and everybody's tastes!

1 oz New Dawn Bourbon

1 oz. Tart Cherry Juice

1/2 oz Triple Sec

3 dashes Cardamom Bitters

1-3 oz sparkling wine

Combine New Dawn, cherry juice, triple sec, and bitters into a mixing glass. Stir until cold and strain into glass of choice. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with orange peels or rosemary. Serves 1

Making for a crowd? Combine 750 ml of New Dawn, 25 oz cherry juice, 12 oz triple sec, and 1 oz bitters into a pitcher or punch bowl. Store in fridge till ready to serve. Add a few large ice cubes and top with 750 ml sparkling wine with more on the side for extra oomph. Garnish with orange slices.
