Rosemary Bourbon Cassis Martini

A recommendation from the New Dawn fam, come make a Rosemary Bourbon Cassis cocktail with me. Let me know your thoughts on this martini in the comments. I was pleasantly surprised by its drinkability and floral and herbal notes.

Rosemary Bourbon Cassis Cocktail Recipe

1.5 oz New Dawn bourbon

3/4 oz creme de cassis

1 oz rosemary simple syrup

1/2 oz lemon juice

2 dashes rhubarb bitters (optional)

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake till chilled and strain into martini glass. Rosemary Simple Syrup: Combine equal parts water and sugar in a pan with 2-4 springs of rosemary. Bring to simmer for 2 min and then remove from heat and let steep 30 minutes.
