Satsuma Bourbon Fizz

Leaning into the glory of citrus season with a southern favorite the satsuma. Paired here with ginger and New Dawn to make a light, fragrant, not too sweet, and highly quaffable bourbon fizz with the most perfect foam thanks to a stainless steel shaker ball (get one and I promise you’ll thank me later).

Satsuma Bourbon Fizz

1.5 oz New Dawn Bourbon

1.5 oz satsuma juice

3/4 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur

1 egg white

splash or two of club soda

Combine New Dawn, satsuma, Barrow’s, and egg white in a dry shaker. Shake for ONE minute until frothy. Add ice and shake again until chilled before straining into coupe glass. Top with club soda and a satsuma slice for garnish.
