Ruby Revelry

A riff on the cosmopolitan with significnatly more sass (just like this drink's namesake) thanks to our cask strength bourbon. If this doesn't get you in a festive partying mood we're afraid the holiday season just isn't for you! The New Dawn bourbon and Cointreau help round out the cranberry's tartness with just a little splash of sweetness thanks to a bit of simple syrup. It's up to you if you want to sugar your rim, but we like the festive glittery touch it adds.

Ruby Revelry

1 1/2 oz New Dawn Bourbon

1 1/2 oz cranberry juice

1/4 oz Cointreau

1/4 oz lime juice

1/4 oz simple syrup

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake till cold. Strain into a sugar rimmed coupe or martini glass.
