This cold brew coffee cocktail could join the weekend brunch scene. Lightly sweet with bold coffee flavors that blend beautifully with New Dawn bourbon. Don’t have coffee liqueur or prefer milk in your coffee? We have an alternative here that subs in agave nectar and a bit of milk or milk alternative – we love Califia Farms Coconut Almond.

Alpine Brew Recipe (two ways)

“I have a fully stocked bar” Version

1 1/2 oz New Dawn Bourbon

1/2 oz coffee liqueur

1 oz cold brew coffee

2 dashes walnut bitters

coffee beans to garnish

“It’s too early in the morning for this sh*t” Version

1 1/2 oz New Dawn Bourbon

1/2 oz milk or milk alternative

1/2 oz agave nectar

1 oz cold brew

2 dashes walnut bitters

coffee beans to garnish

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until combined and cold. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with coffee beans.
