Boulevardier

Hate gin but want to know what all the fuss is about with the Negroni? May we present the Boulevardier. New Dawn here mellows out the Campari even further but still leaves you with all of Campari’s more intriguing flavors. This can be served over ice or up depending on your mood.

Boulevardier Recipe

2 oz New Dawn bourbon

1 oz sweet vermouth

1 oz Campari

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled and strain into a rocks glass with or without ice.
