We're discovering that all your favorite cognac cocktails are better with New Dawn's 6-year old bourbon. Our bourbon just adds another layer of depth and flavor. This week's cocktail, the Sidecar, was the fancy drink of our youth. The sugar rimmed coupe was a whole "diamonds and pearls" moment and this version is no different.

Bourbon Sidecar Recipe

2 ounces of New Dawn Bourbon

1/2 ounce lemon juice

1 ounce Cointreau

orange peel to garnish

sugar rimmed coupe glass

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into coupe glass rimmed with sugar.
