Absolutely perfect for any occasion, just like New Dawn's bourbon.

Spicy Ecologist Recipe & Ingredients

  • 1 ounces of New Dawn Bourbon

  • 1 ounce Ancho Reyes Chile Ancho Liqueur

  • 1/4 ounce lemon juice Tajin

    Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold and strain into a coupe glass rimmed with tajin.
