Caribbean Bourbon Queen

Some days you just want to pretend you're on a beach with those island breezes caressing your skin and ocean waves tickling your toes. When that mood arises, this is the cocktail. St Elizabeth's All-spice drams provides the tropical spice, pineapple the sweetness, and New Dawn is there to carry all your cares away.

Caribbean Bourbon Queen Recipe

2 oz New Dawn Bourbon

1 oz St Elizabeth’s Allspice Dram

1/2 oz pineapple juice

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake till cold and strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
