A New Dawn riff on the classic French Connection. Standing in for the traditional cognac is our beautiful 6 year old bourbon which is definitely giving a sexy, what the hell is going on, should we-shouldn't we vibe.

Plus it's an unexpected alternative to your old fashioned for those minimalist out there who can be bothered with a sugar cube and bitters.

Yes, we know this traditionally goes by the name "The Godfather" but since we're eschewing tradition anyway and giving you the leeway to customize the amount of amaretto to your taste, why not a new, and dare we say more appropriate, name?

French Situtationship Recipe

1 oz New Dawn bourbon

1 oz Amaretto*

Combine in a mixing glass with ice an stir to chill. Strain into a brandy snifter and enjoy!

*You can adjust this to taste but we recommend using at least 3/4 oz
