Dawn’s Favorite Old Fashioned

Probably the only cocktail we'll make with our 10-year Wheated Whiskey and an absolute classic, the Old Fashioned. Made here with 18.21 Havanna and Hide Bitters and an actual sugar cube!

Dawn’s Favorite Old Fashioned

2 oz New Dawn 10-year Wheated Whiskey

1 sugar cube

6-8 dashes 18.21 Havanna Hide bitters

In a rocks glass, soak sugar cube with bitters. When completely saturated, grind with muddler until fine, add bourbon and stir and grind until sugar dissolved. Add ice and swirl until chilled.
