Adapted from my dear and genius friend Jeff @jalexanderdc this riff on the Division Bell is originally made with mezcal. Highly recommend his version which I call the Gospel, but until then pull out the New Dawn Bourbon because she does not disappoint! Calling this the Gospel Truth because I promise that after one sip you are going to want to spread the word about this drink!

The Gospel Truth

1/2 oz New Dawn Bourbon

1 1/2 oz Grapefruit juice

1/2 oz lime juice

1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino Originale

pinch of salt

Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into couple glass. Garnish with dried citrus slice if desired.
