1 oz New Dawn bourbon

1 oz orange juice

1/2 oz St Elizabeth Allspice Dram

Barspoon Grand Marnier

Sparkling wine

Combine New Dawn, orange juice, allspice dram, and Grand Marnier in a mixing glass with ice. Stir till chilled and strain into champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine.
